Challenge: 58 rooms had to be renovated in the same window. If fixed materials and loose furniture batches weren’t uniform, the guest experience would suffer immediately. What we did: Fixed materials and furniture were procured and shipped through one supply chain with a single point of contact — avoiding batch differences and coordination delays from multiple vendors. Result: All 58 rooms delivered with fully consistent materials, on schedule.
Apartment Renovation · 20 Units · California, US
Challenge: Unit-by-unit renovation fears nothing more than “today’s flooring is a different color from last week’s.” Owners and property managers won’t accept it. What we did: Wall panels, SPC flooring, cabinets and bathroom fixtures for all 20 units were ordered in a single procurement batch with one delivery schedule — eliminating color and spec drift from split purchasing. Result: All 20 units delivered with identical specs and workmanship, on time.

What we did: Materials were prepared per space and each category was checked for color and finish consistency before shipping, ensuring a unified look when multiple materials mix. Result: All 5 zones delivered with consistent style — one delivery, zero rework.

Challenge: Whole-house custom materials for 70 units — any supply delay anywhere would slow the developer’s handover schedule.
